Exchange news of RSE "Toshkent"

According to the results of trades on the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent", for the week from August 13 to August 17 of 2018, 124 purchase and sale transactions were concluded with securities of 26 joint-stock companies. As a result, 2.9 million securities were sold. The total turnover of the exchange amounted to 4.3 billion UZS.

Analysis of branch indicators of the exchange on investment attractiveness shows that the greatest demand in the past period was securities of the banking sector - 81.6% and other industries - 8.8%.

The largest transaction on the stock market was concluded on August 15 in the main section; as a result, 2.1 million shares of the PJSCB Turkiston were sold for 2.1 billion UZS. The cost of 1 share was 1,000 UZS.

Leader in terms of the number of concluded deals for the expired period is JSC "Kvarts". Shares of JSC participated in 46 transactions, 17.1 thousand shares which were sold for 85.5 million UZS on the secondary market of RSE "Toshkent".

The average daily turnover of securities for the period from 13 to 17 August amounted to 867 million UZS, while the average transaction amounted to 34.9 million UZS. At the same time, the average selling price per share was 1,198 UZS.

By the volume of trading for the week, the leader is the PJSCB "Turkiston" (the share in the weekly turnover of the exchange is 48.14%), JSC Surxondaryo oziq-ovqat mollari (8,8% of the exchange’s weekly turnover) and JSC Qizilqumsement (2.9% of the week’s turnover). Their total volume was 92.8% of the total turnover of the exchange for the week.

By categories of investors, the greatest activity was observed in individuals: by the amount of concluded deals - 83.5% of the total volume; by the number of concluded deals is - 92.2%.

Considering the exchange turnover according to the regional affiliation of issuers, it should be noted that during the past week, purchase and sale transactions were concluded with shares of enterprises of 8 regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The largest volume of deals was recorded with shares of enterprises of Tashkent city - 51.6% and Fergana region’s volume is - 35.1% of total turnover.

Since the beginning of the year 7 254 deals with securities for a total of 255.5 billion UZS have been concluded at RSE "Toshkent". 7.2 billion pieces of securities of 105 issuers have participated in trades.
