Requirements for the candidate:
- higher economic
education;
- 1st category certificate
of the Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market;age
from 30 to 60;
- at least 5 years of total
work experience in the securities market;
- knowledge of the
legislation of Republic of Uzbekistan;
- skills of working by
methods and principles of corporate governance;
- ability to ensure the
introduction of progressive forms of labor organization, appropriate use
of professional qualification potential of the company's employees
- a high level of ethics
and culture of professional communication, diplomacy;
- discipline, honesty,
fairness, self-criticism, integrity, initiative, responsibility;
- ability to make timely
and competent decisions in critical situations;
- a solid knowledge and
skills in using the computer.
Duties:
- management
of the current activities of the company, ensuring its effective and
sustainable operation;
- management
of development programs and business plans of the company, organization
and control of execution;
- taking
measures to improve the financial and economic state of the company, to
ensure compliance with the contractual obligations of the company;
- ensuring
compliance with social guarantees and safe working conditions of
employees;
- compliance
with the requirements of the current legislation, legal acts and internal
regulatory documents of the company.
