According to the decision of the Board of the RSE «Tоshkent» dated February 14, 2024, in accordance with clause 62 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation list of the RSE «Tоshkent» and the statement of JSC «Qo'qon biokimyo» dated 07.02.2024. on the voluntary delisting of the company from the exchange quotation list based on the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC «Qo'qon biokimyo» dated February 5, 2024, the RSE «Toshkent» reports that the securities of JSC «Qo'qon biokimyo» was excluded from the «Transit» category of the exchange quotation list from 15.02.2024.
