By the decision of the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» dated October 6, 2023 on the inclusion of the exchange quotation list of the RSE «Toshkent» in the segment of the bond market «Bond Market», the second issue of corporate bonds (UZ6057687AB2) of LLC «BIZNES FINANS MIKROMOLIYA TASHKILOTI» with the exchange ticker BFMT3V2 was admitted to trading from October 9, 2023.

LLC «BIZNES FINANS MIKROMOLIYA TASHKILOTI» was founded on April 22, 2017.

The main activity of the company is providing microcredits, microloans to individuals and legal entities, providing microleasing and factoring, as well as providing other microfinance services that do not contradict the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (according to the official website of the company www.bizfin.uz).

This issue of corporate bonds is considered the second issue (registered by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan under registration number Q0845-2 dated September 14, 2023)
