According to the decision
of t\he Board of the RSE “Toshkent” dated July 18, 2023, in
accordance with paragraph 62 of the Regulation “On the exchange quotation list
of the RSE “Toshkent” and taking into account the decision of the Tashkent City
Economic Court in case No. 4-10-2024/283 JSC
"Elektrtarmoqqurilish" is bankrupt and the opening of liquidation
proceedings, the RSE "Toshkent" informs that the securities of JSC
"Elektrtarmoqqurilish" are excluded from the "Standard"
category of the exchange quotation list from July 19, 2023.
