on the inclusion in the stock market segment of the "Stock Market"
category of the "Standard" exchange quotation list of the RSE
"Toshkent", ordinary shares (UZ7009030006)
of JSC "O'RTA OSIYO TRANS" with the stock ticker - ORTS have been admitted to trading
since June 16, 2023.
Joint stock
company "O'RTA OSIYO TRANS" - the leading road carrier in Uzbekistan, one of the
largest freight forwarding companies in the Central Asian region, was
established in 1992 under the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations,
Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the 2021 report:
- authorized capital - 1 484 215.00 thousand soums;
- own capital - 3 414 494.00 thousand soums;
- net profit - 110 537.00 thousand soums.
Data on the
operating activities and financial performance of the company are presented
