Decision Made to Increase the Statutory Fund of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent"

Yesterday, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" was held.
As part of ensuring the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-254 dated 18 December 2025 "On additional measures to improve the investment climate in the capital market", the following decisions were adopted:
- to increase the state's stake in the company through the transfer of a 100% interest in "Stock Market Information and Resource Center" LLC to the charter capital of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent";
- to increase the company's charter fund by 27,716,314,226.55 soums through an additional issuance of shares;
- to issue 10,826,685 ordinary book-entry (uncertificated) shares with a nominal value of 2,560 soums each;
- to place the said shares in favor of the State Assets Management Agency;
- to pay for the shares not in cash, but through the contribution of a 100% interest in "Stock Market Information and Resource Center" LLC to the statutory capital of the Exchange.
