Based on the results of the analysis for 2023 on the
fulfillment of the conditions for the placement of securities in the stock
exchange quotation list in accordance with the Regulation «About the stock
exchange quotation list of RSE «Toshkent», the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» on April 30, 2024 decided to
transfer the securities of JSC
«UzAuto Motors» and JSC «SOLUTIONS LAB» from the «Standard» category to
the «Transit» category of the stock market segment of the stock market of the
RSE «Toshkent» stock quotation list.
