By the decision of the Board of the RSE "Toshkent" dated May 11, 2023 on the inclusion in the segment of the bond market "Bond Market" of the exchange quotation list of the RSE "Toshkent", corporate bonds (UZ6057757AВ3) of LLC «Hamkor invest lizing» with the stock ticker - HKIL3 were admitted to trading with May 12, 2023.

LLC «Hamkor invest lizing» was established on November 3, 2011.

The main activity of the company is the provision of microcredits, microloans to individuals and legal entities, the implementation of microleasing, as well as the provision of other microfinance and agency services that do not contradict the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This issue of corporate bonds is considered the second issue (registered by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan under registration number B0344-2 dated Aprel 25, 2023).
