By the decision of the Board of the RSE
"Toshkent" dated April 7, 2023 on the inclusion in the segment of the
bond market "Bond Market" of the exchange quotation list of the RSE
"Toshkent", corporate bonds (UZ6056967AC7) of JSC "IMKON FINANS
mikromoliya tashkiloti" with the stock ticker - IFMT3 were admitted to trading with April 10, 2023.

was established on September 9, 2011.
The main activity of the company is the provision of
microcredits, microloans to individuals and legal entities, the implementation
of microleasing, as well as the provision of other microfinance and agency
services that do not contradict the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan
(according to the official website of the society www.imkonfinans.uz).
This issue of corporate bonds is considered the third
issue (registered by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of
Uzbekistan under registration number B0341-3 dated February 15, 2023).
