The Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" carried out an analysis of the fulfillment of the conditions for the presence of securities in the exchange quotation list in accordance with the Regulations "On the exchange quotation list of the RSE "Toshkent". According to the amendments and additions to the Regulations “On the exchange quotation list of the RSE “Toshkent”, which entered into force on January 1, 2022, a special category “Transit” was added. This category was introduced for shares of issuers that do not meet the conditions for inclusion and being in the main categories of the exchange quotation list and bringing their market activity indicators, such as the number of transactions, the number of shareholders and free-float, to the corresponding levels of requirements of the main categories.

Based on the results of the analysis for 2021 on the conditions for the presence of securities on the exchange quotation list, joint-stock companies that do not meet the conditions for being on the Stock Market share market of the Standard category were offered to move to the special category Transit of the Stock Market share market. Eventually:

21 joint-stock companies expressed their consent to move to the "Transit" category in order to improve their market activity and other indicators to comply with the conditions for being on the exchange quotation list of the "Standard" category;

9 joint-stock companies refused to enter the "Transit" category.

Taking into account the results of the processes provided by the Board of the RSE "Toshkent" dated February 16, 2022, it was decided:

-  transfer shares of 21 joint-stock companies to the “Transit” category;

- exclude shares of 9 joint-stock companies for non-compliance with the conditions for being on the exchange quotation list of the RSE "Toshkent" in connection with the refusal to move to the category "Transit" of the Stock Market shares of the exchange quotation list.
