ANNOUNCEMENT
By the decision of the Supervisory Board of JSC RSE “Toshkent” dated May 4, 2020, according to the letter from the State Assets Management Agency, amendments and addenda were made to the Regulation “On the Exchange Quoted List of the RSE“ Toshkent ”regarding the requirement for inclusion in the listing of a joint stock company of a corresponding decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
So, now for the inclusion of securities in the exchange quotation list of JSC RSE “Toshkent” an appropriate decision of the Supervisory Board or the General Meeting of Shareholders of the issuer is required. At the same time, the requirements for the mandatory availability of an appropriate decision of the general meeting of shareholders to exclude the issuer's securities from the stock exchange quotation list remains valid.
The effective date of this decision is 15 days after the announcement was posted on the corporate website of the RSE “Toshkent”.
