In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, 42 360,8 thousand soums (3%) of the net profit received by the end of 2018 are directed to the remuneration of the executive body.
The amount of remuneration was distributed among the members of the executive body in equal shares of 11 296,2 thousand soums each.
To support the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of JSC RSE Tashkent does not participate in remuneration of the executive body.
