Main tasks:

• Defining the general concept and development goals of the Exchange, as well as developing an effective development strategy for the medium and long term, taking into account ongoing research in the local and foreign markets, in order to improve the standards of exchange activities, bringing them closer to the world ones and pursuing a unified Exchange policy in this area;
• Conducting an analysis of economic and financial indicators during the implementation of Exchange development projects, assessing the future state of the stock market, identifying key factors influencing the development of the stock market, processing stock market assessment information, forming a set of measures aimed at using market opportunities;
• Conducting research and processing information on the stock market and financial institutions, the activities of infrastructure participants of the exchange, assessment of possible risks and development potential of the Exchange, determination of their priority areas, assessment of the legal regulation of the stock market and development of methods for improving the operation of the Exchange’s trading systems based on the study and analysis of local and foreign securities markets;
• Participation in seminars, conferences, lectures held by the Exchange for representatives of listed companies, university and college students, among the population, as well as planning and conducting sociological research among professional participants in the securities market and investors on issues of improving the efficiency of the securities market;
• Preparation of draft bilateral and multilateral cooperation programs in the field of the exchange market, if necessary, draft Memorandums with leading international financial institutions, publication of articles in the media;
• Organizing the interaction of all structural divisions of the Exchange to implement the activities outlined in the strategy and business plan of the Exchange;
• Development of methods to improve the rules of exchange trading with securities regulating the procedure for making transactions on the Exchange, internal regulatory documents of the Exchange governing the procedure for admitting securities to exchange trading;
• Participation in the development of proposals, conducting PR campaigns, preparing presentations and other information materials aimed at increasing interest in the Exchange.
