O‘zbekiston Respublikasi aksiyadorlik tijorat Xalq banki Sizga bank aksiyadorlarining navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishi 2026-yil 25-sentabr kuni soat 16:00 da Toshkent shahar, Chilonzor tumani, Bunyodkor shoh ko‘chasi, Xalq banki markaziy apparati ma’muriy binosining 14-qavatida yuzma-yuz (bevosita) o‘tkazilishi to‘g‘risida ma’lum qiladi.

Yig‘ilish kun tаrtibi:

1. Xalq banki aksiyadorlarining navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishi reglamentini tasdiqlash;

2. Xalq banki Kuzatuv kengashi a’zolarini saylash masalasini ko‘rib chiqish.

Aksiyadorlarning navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishi o‘tkazilishi to‘g‘risida xabar berish uchun bank aksiyadorlari reyestrini shakllantirish sanasi: 2026-yil 27-avgust.

Aksiyadorlarning navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishida qatnashish huquqiga ega bo‘lgan bank aksiyadorlari reyestrini shakllantirish sanasi: 2026-yil 21-sentabr.

Aksiyadorlarning navbatdan tashqari umumiy yig‘ilishida ko‘riladigan masalalar bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar bilan Toshkent shahar, Chilonzor tumani, Bunyodkor shoh ko‘chasi, Xalq banki markaziy apparatining 14 qavatli ma’muriy binosi manzilida tanishish mumkin.
