• registering issues of exchange-traded bonds and overseeing the processes related to their circulation and redemption;
• monitoring issuers' compliance with listing requirements and disclosure obligations;
• analyzing the financial condition of issuers based on the financial statements submitted;
• participating in the development of measures aimed at enhancing the investment attractiveness and liquidity of securities;
• improving listing procedures, taking into account the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international practices.

• continuously monitoring securities trading activities and analyzing trading processes and market activity;

• studying and conducting comparative analyses of domestic and international stock market indicators;
• preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistical bulletins and analytical reviews on the Exchange's activities and trading results;
• providing the Exchange's management and structural divisions with the necessary statistical and analytical information;

• ensuring the efficient operation of servers, computer networks, software, and technical equipment;
• protecting information systems and data against external threats, as well as ensuring data backup and secure storage;
• modernizing information systems, software and hardware infrastructure, and implementing modern technologies;
• providing technical support to Exchange employees on the use of information technologies.

Key Responsibilities of the Department:

• maintaining complete and accurate accounting records of the Exchange's assets, liabilities, and business transactions;
• preparing and consolidating information on the Exchange's financial position and the results of its financial and business activities;
• preparing financial, tax, and other statutory reports in accordance with applicable legislation and submitting them within the prescribed deadlines;
• ensuring the timely preparation and issuance of electronic invoices (e-invoices) in accordance with applicable legal requirements;
• calculating taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments, as well as ensuring the timely settlement of the Exchange's financial obligations;
• calculating employee salaries and other payments, making the required deductions, and ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner;
• preparing the Exchange's business plan, including planning key financial and economic indicators, and monitoring its implementation.

• developing and improving internal regulatory documents and methodologies related to exchange listing, admission of securities to trading, and assessment of issuers' financial condition;
• developing regulatory and methodological documents required for the introduction of new financial instruments for trading on the Exchange;
• preparing proposals to improve mechanisms for securities quotation, market price determination, and liquidity assessment;
• developing proposals to improve procedures for the primary placement of securities and the registration of related exchange transactions in the trading system.

Key Responsibilities:

• ensuring the Exchange's compliance with applicable legislation and providing legal support to its structural divisions;
• coordinating legal matters related to employment relations and participating in the preparation of relevant documents;
• handling contractual, claims, and litigation matters and ensuring that contracts comply with applicable legal requirements;
• representing and protecting the Exchange's property and other legitimate interests before courts, government authorities, and other organizations in accordance with established procedures;
• overseeing, from a legal perspective, the timely enforcement of court decisions, as well as documents and lawful requirements issued by authorized government authorities;
• monitoring compliance with legal requirements when confidential information is disclosed in response to requests from legal entities and individuals;
• providing legal support for the activities of the Exchange's Arbitration Commission and preparing relevant documentation;
• organizing the management, storage, and transfer of documents to the archives in accordance with established procedures.
