Anti-Corruption

The Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” JSC maintains a zero-tolerance approach to corruption in any form or manifestation. The Exchange conducts its activities in accordance with the principles of legality, integrity, openness, and transparency.

If you become aware of corruption-related offenses, conflicts of interest, or any other unlawful actions committed by the Exchange’s employees, or if you wish to report circumstances that may give rise to corruption risks, you may contact the Exchange through the following communication channels.

Procedure for Reviewing Reports

Reports concerning corruption-related offenses and other violations of the law are accepted and reviewed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Exchange’s internal regulations.

Important Notice

Anonymous reports do not allow the Exchange to establish communication with the reporting person. Therefore, the Exchange may be unable to request additional information required for a comprehensive review of the report or to provide feedback on the outcome of its consideration.

Reports Accepted for Review

· The Exchange accepts reports and applications from individuals and legal entities regarding:

· corruption-related offenses committed by the Exchange’s employees;

· conflicts of interest arising in the performance of the Exchange employees’ official duties;

· other anti-corruption matters provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

· Confidentiality Assurance

The confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity and the information provided is guaranteed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Exchange’s internal regulations.

Compliance with International Standards

The Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” JSC places particular emphasis on enhancing its management systems in line with international standards, preventing corruption risks, and continuously improving the quality of its services.

The Exchange has implemented management systems that comply with internationally recognized standards. Their compliance has been verified by an independent certification body.
