25 November 2024, Tashkent, Uzbekistan - Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” (“RSET”) today announced that its market data is now available on the Bloomberg Terminal via {OTC UZS<GO>}.

Established 30 years ago, RSET is at the forefront of capital market development in Uzbekistan and enables local businesses to raise capital by issuing stocks and bonds. According to the exchange, 103 companies were listed on RSET by the end of September 2024 with total market capitalization at 21% of the country’s GDP. The number of trades executed on RSET increased five-fold in 2023 from 2022 on the back of strong demand from retail investors and increased use of mobile trading applications, and continued strong momentum in 9M 2024 by increasing another 43% year-over-year.

RSET’s data will also be made available for use across the enterprise via Bloomberg’s Data License and real-time market data feed, B-PIPE.

Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” is the only stock exchange in Uzbekistan, supervised and regulated by the National Agency of Perspective Projects.
