Trading in the Shares of JSC IF “Daromad Plus” Has Resumed

As previously announced, trading in the ordinary shares of JSC IF “Daromad Plus” (UZ7043370004) was temporarily suspended from 9 July 2026 due to the capitalization of the company’s charter capital at a 1:4 capitalization ratio.
Following the completion of the capitalization process and the implementation of the relevant changes in the Unified Software and Hardware Complex of the Securities Market, trading in the ordinary shares of JSC IF “Daromad Plus” (UZ7043370004) resumed on 17 July 2026.
As a result of the capitalization, the last closing price of the ordinary share, amounting to UZS 4,066.0, was recalculated taking into account the 1:4 capitalization ratio and set at UZS 813.20.
