In order to attract a greater number of domestic and foreign investors to the insurance market, enhance the investment attractiveness of the share package, and ensure its faster sale in a competitive environment, we hereby announce that the deadline for submitting applications regarding the state-owned shareholding representing 99.47% of the authorized capital of JSC "Uzagrosugurta", offered through the Exchange's specialized application platform (SAAP NEGO), has been extended until 6:00 p.m. on 10 July 2026.
