Dear shareholders and market participants!

The "Tashkent" Republican Stock Exchange announces the resumption of transactions with shares of "Universal Sug'urta" JSC (UZ7055380008) in the Nego-Board section to enable the issuer to purchase shares and the shareholders to exercise their right to sell them in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights."

Transactions are resumed based on the issuer's application and the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 13, 2025, as well as in accordance with clause 74-b of the "Rules for Organizing Trading in Securities Not Included in the Exchange Listing."

As a reminder, the movement of "Universal Sug'urta" JSC shares was suspended from August 23, 2024, due to a sharp increase in prices for transactions with these shares, as well as the cancellation of the issuer's license to carry out insurance activities.
