By the decision of the
Board of the RSE "Toshkent" dated April 23, 2024, in
accordance with paragraph 62 of the Regulations "On the exchange quotation
list of the RSE "Toshkent" on the basis of decisions of the National
Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 12,
2023 on the cancellation of the license of JSC "Unipolis" from October 12, 2023, RSE
"Toshkent" reports that the securities of JSC "Unipolis" are excluded from
the "Transit" category of the exchange quotation list from April
24, 2024.
