Аccording to the decision
of the Board of the Stock Exchange Tashkent dated October 19, 2023, in
accordance with clause 64 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation list of the Stock
Exchange «Toshkent» and the statement of «Infinity Insurance» JSC №664 dated October 12,
2023. on the voluntary exclusion of the company from the stock exchange list in
accordance with the decision of the sole shareholder of «Infinity Insurance» JSC dated October 12, 2023, the Stock Exchange «Toshkent» announces the inclusion of
shares of «Infinity Insurance» JSC from the category «Transit» of the exchange quotation list as
of 20.10.2023.
