FOR THE POSITION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF JSC REPUBLICAN STOCK EXCHANGE "TOSHKENT"

Joint Stock Company Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" announces a competition for the position of Chairman of the Board of JSC RSE "Toshkent".

Candidates can be persons aged 25 to 55 who meet the following criteria, including foreign managers with the necessary qualifications and experience in the relevant field.

Applicants holding the position of the Chairman of the Board of JSC RSE "Toshkent" are provided with the following working conditions:

- five-day working week, working hours from 09-00 to 18-00, days off - Saturday, Sunday, public holidays;

- a room (a separate office) with the necessary conditions for work;

- company car

- other working conditions and powers in the manner, prescribed by law.

The competition is held in 2 stages. At the first stage, the Supervisory Board of JSC RSE “Toshkent” will consider the documents submitted by applicants. Evaluation of candidates is carried out according to the final scores, according to the criteria specified in the Regulations for organizing and holding a competition for senior positions in JSC RSE "Toshkent" (https://uzse.uz/legislations/203).

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- the presence of higher financial, economic, technical or legal education (a second higher foreign education is welcome);

- having the necessary qualifications and experience in a managerial position in the financial and economic sphere for at least 3 years. Experience in similar positions in foreign and international companies is welcome;

- free and competent knowledge of the state and Russian languages, knowledge of English and other foreign languages is welcome;

- the ability to competently use computer technology, understanding and using new types of IT services and tools;

- knowledge of normative and legislative documents, application of modern innovative methods of management and project implementation;

Applicants must submit documents in sealed envelopes within the specified timeframe, confirming compliance with its specified criteria. Also, the package of submitted documents must be accompanied by:

- application of the applicant, with an indication of familiarization with the conditions and procedure for the competition, as well as consent to sign a contract in the event of a competition;

- a copy of the applicant's passport, personal information about the applicant and his work activity in the form of a questionnaire;

- a short outline of the proposed Company Development Program. Validity, accuracy, availability of calculations of specific indicators are welcome in the plan;

- a recommendation letter from the last place of work is welcome (with at least 2 years of work experience in this organization).

At the second stage, the Supervisory Board of JSC RSE “Toshkent”, based on the results of the competition, submits proposals for consideration by the general meeting of shareholders for all candidates, indicating their points.

Applicants cannot be people who:

-        do not have higher education;

-        performed the functions of a sole executive body, were members of a collegial executive body or were founders of a legal entity at the time of termination of licenses to carry out the specified activities for violations of license requirements and conditions committed through the fault of these persons, if less than three years have passed since such termination;

-        have an outstanding conviction for crimes in the field of economics or for crimes against the order of government;

-        have been deprived of a certain right by a court verdict, which consists in prohibiting the guilty person to hold certain positions in enterprises, institutions or organizations or to engage in certain activities during the period appointed by the court;

-        performed the functions of the sole executive body or were part of the collegial executive body of a legal entity at the time when such a person was declared bankrupt and two years have not expired from the moment of recognition;

-        are in family or property relations with another member of the Supervisory Board.

The deadline for submission of tender documentation is 15 days, from June 06 to June 20 (inclusive), 2022.

Consideration of documents - at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board of JSC RSE "Toshkent".

Important to know:

1) According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2019 No. 356, the nomination of a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Board of JSC RSE "Toshkent" is carried out in agreement with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan or his respective deputies and advisers.

2) Submitted documents are non-refundable to applicants. According to the results of the competition (stages of the competition), only those applicants who have passed this stage are informed.
