The Republican Stock Exchange "Tashkent" informs that transactions with the shares of "Foton" JSC on the stock exchange will be suspended from 18.03.2025.
The reason for the suspension is the reorganization of the issuer through its transformation into a limited liability company.
Operations will be suspended in accordance with clause 1687 of the "Tashkent" RSE's Securities Trading Rules, as well as with the notification of the Central Securities Depository.
