Notice of Compliance with the Corporate Governance Code Recommendations "Comply or explain" international principle announcement ("comply or explain")

In accordance with the sole shareholder's decision of January 31, 2024, "Temiryo'lekspress" Joint-Stock Company has undertaken a voluntary commitment, effective January 31, 2024, to follow the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, demonstrating its dedication to honest and transparent business practices. The Code was approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission on Increasing the Efficiency of Joint-Stock Companies and Improving the Corporate Governance System, dated December 31, 2015.

From January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, JSC "Temiryo'lekspress" conducted its activities in compliance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code (hereinafter referred to as the Code) and intends to continue complying with them in the future.
