On March 26, 2026, the Trading hours on the unlisted trading platform have been extended until 18:00

In the application submitted by the investment intermediary LLC “Silk Capital” dated March 26, 2026, the closing date for the placement of shares on the unlisted trading platform was determined in accordance with clause 11.2 of the decision on the initial issuance of shares of JSC “Issiqlikta’minoti”.

The placement date of the last share of this issue is specified, subject to the placement period for the shares not exceeding 365 days from the issuer's state registration date.

In order to ensure the timely completion of settlements for transactions concluded within the established placement period, the application to extend the trading hours on the unlisted trading platform was considered.

Based on this application, as well as in accordance with clause 25 of the Rules for organizing trading in securities not included in the exchange listing of JSC “Tashkent” Republican Stock Exchange, the trading hours on the unlisted trading platform have been extended until 18:00 today.
