Main goals:

• Ensuring internal control of the Exchange's activities, compliance with the current legislative, regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal documents of the Exchange in the field of exchange activities, anti-corruption and anti-monopoly legislation, as well as compliance with the requirements of the charter and internal documents of the Exchange;
• Organization of anti-corruption and anti-monopoly preventive measures in the Exchange system to ensure control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Participation in the development of internal documents of the Exchange with the application of norms aimed at preventing and combating corruption;
• Identification of a conflict of interest in the emergence of corruption risks and restrictions on competition in the activities of the Exchange and its employees.
