The anti-corruption policy of JSC RSE «Toshkent»- is part of the exchange`s risk management and internal control system, aimed at preventing and combating corrupt activities within the exchange`s operations;
The Code of Corporate Conduct and Professional Ethics of RSE «Toshkent» - reflects the values of the exchange, its mission, and culture, which are followed by Exchange Employees, declaring to business partners their commitment to the principles of business ethics and compliance with regulatory standards;
The policy for resolving conflicts of interest of JSC RSE «Tashkent» - is aimed at establishing a procedure for identifying and resolving conflicts of interest that arise among Exchange Employees, limiting the influence of private interests, personal interest in the performance of their work duties;
The Policy on Notification of Violations of RSE «Toshkent» - is aimed at preventing, detecting, stopping, and minimizing the consequences of violations and abuses among Exchange Employees, enhancing the level of corporate culture, behavior norms among Employees, and their relationships with each other;
The Regulation on the Receipt and Processing of Messages Received through Communication Channels for Informing about Corrupt Activities in RSE «Toshkent» - defines the basic principles of working with incoming reports on corrupt behaviors committed by Exchange Employees, with the aim of identifying, stopping, and minimizing the consequences of violations and abuses among Exchange Employees;
The Regulation «On the Committee on Combating Corruption at the Supervisory Board of RSE «Toshkent» - is an advisory body to the Exchange`s Supervisory Board responsible for determining priority areas and implementing tasks in the field of combating corruption at the Exchange;
The Regulation «On the Implementation of the Antimonopoly Compliance System and the Procedure for Its Operation» - defines the procedure for implementing, functioning, and monitoring the antimonopoly compliance system at the Exchange.

Reports of various violations are accepted and processed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the internal documents of the Exchange.

Types of inquiries from individuals and legal entities accepted for consideration:
- Reports of corrupt activities by Exchange employees;
- Reports of conflicts of interest in the official duties of Exchange employees;
- Other inquiries in accordance with current legislation.
