Notice of Compliance with the Corporate Governance Code Recommendations "Comply or explain" international principle announcement ("comply or explain")

In accordance with the decision of its sole shareholder dated July 29, 2016, "Toshkentdonmahsulotlari" JSC has voluntarily undertaken the obligation, effective July 29, 2016, to follow the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission on Increasing the Efficiency of Joint-Stock Companies and Improving the Corporate Governance System dated December 31, 2015, thereby demonstrating its commitment to conducting business honestly and transparently.

JSC "Toshkentdonmahsulotlari" has carried out its activities from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, in compliance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code and intends to comply with them in the future.
