Head:

Main tasks:

• Implementation of the Exchange's investment policy using the best international practices of investment strategy;
• Formation of the Exchange's investment policy ensuring effective management to achieve the strategic goal of the Exchange;
• Coordination of the Exchange’s investment policy, which determines:

- ensuring the implementation of the investment strategy;

- direction of investment activity of the Exchange;

- investment resources of the Exchange and the method of their formation;

- investment goals of the Exchange and stages of their achievement;

- criteria for assessing the effectiveness of investment companies’ guidelines, including those involving foreign investment.

• Organizing effective interaction with investors on the implementation of promising/current programs aimed at implementing the Exchange's investment policy;
• Coordination of activities for the collection, processing and analysis of analytical materials, financial and other types of information related to the activities of the Exchange;
• Ensuring constant two-way communication between the Exchange management and investors and the media;
• Participation, within the scope of its competence, in the interaction of the Exchange with state regulatory authorities for the securities market on issues of attracting investments that implement the investment strategy.
